He was predeceased by: his father Steve Stevens, Sr. of Chillicothe. He is survived by: his wife Krista Welsh; his children, Hunter Stevens and Willow Stevens; and his siblings, Steven Stevens, Jr. of Chillicothe and Tonya Prickett of Waverly. He is also survived by nephew; and several nieces.
