He is survived by: his wife Sharon DeLotelle; his children, Justin Oyer (Amy) of Jackson, Derek Oyer (Charisa) of Chillicothe and Allison Gutierrez Oyer (Julio) of Chillicothe; his grandchildren, Colsen, Coen, Edeyn, Emme Oyer and Kobe Gutierrez; and his friends, John, Andy and Glen.
