He is survived by: his daughter Lindsay Van Winkle (Scott); his grandchildren, Freya and Archer Van Winkle; and his sisters, Susie Fennell of Chillicothe, Cindy Ferrell of Chillicothe and Mindy Brooks of Chillicothe.
