She was predeceased by: her parents, Dale B. Smith and Belle A. Smith (Nevin); and her brothers, Rick Smith and Tim Mallow. She is survived by: her children, Angela Grantham of Chillicothe and Timothy Underwood (Cassi) of Jacksonville, FL; her grandchildren, Corey Vannest, Branten Barton, Ryan Nolen, Railey Nolen and Kyla Underwood; and her great grandchildren, Ryder and Aedion Barton.
