She is survived by: her daughter Lena Caudill (Jason) of Chillicothe; her grandchildren, Tamara Rohrs (Mark), Brittany Cook (Josh Minerd), Emilee Matthews, Elizabeth Matthews, Brant Caudill and Hunter Caudill; and her son Duke Matthews (Fred Leavers) of Groveport, OH. She is also survived by 11 brothers and sisters; and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
