He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles E., Sr. and Brenda Joyce Fries Smith. He is survived by: his daughter Cortney Willis (Kevin Craig) of Columbus; his siblings-in-law, Julie, Carl Betts and Jennifer Mossbarger; his aunts, Mary Ann Queen and Nancy Fries; and his uncle Kenny.
Visitation was held on Saturday, December 21st 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Ware Funeral Home (121 W 2nd St, Chillicothe, OH 45601). A memorial service was held on Saturday, December 21st 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
