He was predeceased by: his father Charles E. Sr. Price; and his brother Tracey A. Price. He is survived by: his mother Alma Lee Price; his son Charles E. Price III of Chillicothe; his stepdaughter Kaitlyn Luke of Circleville; and his close friend Julie Luke. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts, uncles and friends.
