Cook of Chillicothe; his grandchildren, Ashley Fausnaugh (Mark Stebbins), Ryan Fausnaugh (Jenni), Dr. Kelsey Harman (Clayton), Kristen Cook and Lauren D'Souza; his great grandchild Cora Fausnaugh; and his brother Edwin Cook of Londonderry. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
