He was predeceased by: his father Jack Allison; his aunt Theresa Butterbaugh; and his grandparents, Larry, Nancy Waller, Janet, Art Seymore, Bud and Jean Adams.
He is survived by: his mother Wendy Allison; his wife Toni Allison; his children, Carter Anthoney Allison and Baylee Jo Allison; his former wife Amanda Grooms (Allison); his children, Ashton Edward Allison and Caleb Allen Allison; his sisters, Jaquay Howard (PJ) and Chelsie Adams; his close friend Brandon Lewis; his brothers, Justin Potts (Angel), Nathan Potts (Clarissa) and Zack Potts; his uncle Mike Adams; and also Ashley Minney. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
