She was predeceased by: her parents, Joe Hardesty and Mary Staffan Hardesty; her grandsons, Joshua and Lincoln Johnson; and her siblings, Trish Zapata and Edwin Hardesty.
She is survived by: her son Joseph Johnson (Erin) of Delmar, Maryland; her grandson Caleb Johnson (Heather); her sister JoAnn Withrow of Chillicothe; her brother-in-law Joe Zapata of Chillicothe; and her aunt Waunita Garlitz of Chillicothe. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
