He is survived by: his children, Tammy Eblin (Marty) of Chillicothe, Russell Welch (Carol) of South Salem and Rev. David Welch (Debbie) of Chillicothe; his grandchildren, Nate (Lacey), Josh, Ryan (Elizabeth), Brianna, Justin (Victoria), Chelsey (Chris), Olivia, Dustin, Tyra, Zoey and Eric; and his brother-in-law Rev. Stanley Kennedy of Chillicothe. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
