She was predeceased by: her parents, Truman Fetters and Pauline Fetters (Powell); and her siblings, Robert Fetters, Sr. and Barbara Nichols.

Visitation was held on Tuesday, October 15th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Fawcett Oliver Glass and Palmer Funeral Home (77 E 5th St, Chillicothe, OH 45601). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, October 15th 2024 at 7:00 PM at the same location.
