He was predeceased by: his parents, Jeff Osborne and Elizabeth Simms Osborne. He is survived by: his nephew Jerimiah Copley (Brittany) of Chillicothe; his nieces, Sierra Payne (Bryan) of Chillicothe and Amanda Jordan-Burke (Jesse) of Ashville; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Jacob Copley, Jethro Copley, Dean Payne, Peighton Jordan and Kamryn Burke; his stepmother Geanie Osborne; his close friend Jeff Kinzer; and his pet Abby of Georgia.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial contributions be made to the Funeral Home to help with funeral expenses.
