She was predeceased by: her parents, Bruce Henry and Goldie Henry (Haney); her husband William Douglas Adkins; her brothers, Louis and James Henry; and her stepmother Addie Henry.

She is survived by: her son Billy Joe Adkins (Christa Bailey Adkins); her grandchildren, Nicholas Adkins, Jordan Walker of Chillicothe, Corbin, Bailey Walker of Rio Grande and Kendal Walker of Chillicothe; and her siblings-in-law, Robert Puckett of Oak Hill, Ruth Adkins (Gillespie) of Oak Hill and Phyllis Cooper (Adkins) of Wellston.
