She is survived by: her son Leighton "Dave" Costilow (Sue) of Chillicothe; her grandchildren, Aaron Costilow (Amanda Newton) of Hudson, NH, Brendan Costilow (Megan) of Richmond Hill, GA, Christina Benza (Michael) of West Chester, OH and Emlyn Costilow of Parma, OH; her great grandchildren, Kathleen, Marty Costilow, Adeline and Owen Benza; and her siblings, Esther Hart and Robert Swiger (Butch).
