With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Barry Allen Arthur of Chillicothe, Ohio, born in Gallipolis, Ohio, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on August 4, 2024 at the age of 52. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He is survived by: his parents, Larry E. Arthur and Loretta Sue Corroll Arthur; his wife Diana Holcomb Arthur; his children, Brittany Riddle (Jacob), Angelina "Angie" Stephens and Jesse Stephens; his brothers, Kevin E. Arthur (Donna), Larry D. Arthur (Lisa) and Jason T. Arthur (Stephanie Caiazzo); his grandchildren, Dylan Riddle and Lillian Johnson; and his close friend Barry "Sarge" Oyer. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles.
