She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Freeman and Eloise Farnham (Moore); the father of her children Clifford "Bill" Retherford; her daughters, Anita Graves and Debra Fournier; her grandson Bradley Fournier; and her siblings, Robert Freeman and Judy Evans.
She is survived by: her husband Kenneth Strausbaugh; her children, Vicki Conrad (Harry), Tim Retherford (Ginny), Jodi Brown, Tami Stern (Dan) and Tressa Strausbaugh; and her son-in-law Dale Graves. She is also survived by grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Friday, November 22nd 2024 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Haller Funeral Home & Crematory (1661 Western Ave, Chillicothe, OH 45601). A funeral service will be held on Friday, November 22nd 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
