She is survived by: her brother Steven J. Barthelmas (Denise) of Circleville; her nephew John Moore (Denisa) of Plano; and her niece Jennifer Perez-Hernandez (Jose) of Canal Winchester, Ohio.. She is also survived by 6 grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
