Liggins (Chanel); her grandchildren, Isaiah Liggins, Sara, Nikki, Makiah, Ashton, Ashlynn and Rockwell; her siblings, Tula Moody, Valla Allen, Tarza Greene, Worletta Mask of Chillicothe, Floyd Netter II (Karen) and Bill Netter (Joyce); and her sisters-in-law, Patricia Sewards and Marsha Thomas. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
