She was predeceased by: her parents, Clifford Shoemaker and Virginia Shoemaker (Holton); and her brother Gary Shoemaker. She is survived by: her husband Dwight E. "Buddy" Gragg; her children, Rona Steven of Patriot, Rocky Gragg of Chillicothe, Cathy Watkins of Chillicothe and Shawn Gragg (Tonya) of Chillicothe; her grandchildren, Amanda, Joshua, Dylan and Dylana; her great grandchildren, Grace, Clayton, Emma, Jett, Jace, Jozi, Luna, Grady and Grayson; and her siblings, Wayne Shoemaker of Waverly and Geri Kellough of Chillicothe.
