She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles S. Malone and Lelia P. Brooks; her daughters, Kathleen Turner and Cinda Stevens; and her brother Thomas Emmons.
She is survived by: her husband W. Keith Dowler; her stepdaughters, Kimberly S. Detty and Debra Angle of Massillon, OH; her grandchildren, Dusty Turner and Amy Turner; and her brother Paul Emmons of Las Vegas, NV.. She is also survived by 4 great-grandchildren.
Memorial contributions may be made to the American Legion Post 62 Ladies Auxiliary.
