He was predeceased by: his mother Janice Marie Newsome Swindler; his wife Brenda Louise Elliott Swindler; and his son Benjamin Judd Swindler. He is survived by: his father Richard "Dick" Swindler of Chillicothe; his daughter Brandy Foster (Ryan); his grandchildren, Landon Swindler, Rylan Foster, Halle Foster and Lennon Foster; and his brother Larry Swindler of Chillicothe.
