He is survived by: his daughters, Hope Helton and Desiree Ratliff; his parent Nancy Hughes (John); his girlfriend Susan Reed; and his siblings, Jeremy Cochenour, Josh Lowery and Melissa Cochenour of Chillicothe. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
