It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ann Elizabeth Walters of Chillicothe, Ohio, born in Ross County, Ohio, who passed away on September 1, 2024, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. In the vast expanse of eternity, Ann shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Ann farewell, her loved ones carry with them the precious gift of her memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Freddy C. Nesser and Maggie E. Canter Nesser. She is survived by: her son James E. "Jimmy" Page; her grandson Tucker Page; her great grandchild Sharon Marie Page; and her sister Rosie E. Nesser of Chillicothe. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
