Stephens Payne of Waverly; her daughter Harmony Nicole Simmons; her stepmother Vicki Payne of Chillicothe; her brothers, Jason Payne (Terri) of Lucasville, Kyle Payne (Tara) of Chillicothe and Cheyenne Payne of Waverly; her stepsisters, Alicia of Chillicothe and Olivia Hopkins of Chillicothe; her nieces and nephews, Josh Payne, Bradley Payne (Sarah), Breanna Arledge (Jimmy) and Jozee Payne; her great-nieces and great-nephews, Gracie Lynn, Paisley Louise, Trinity Arledge, Sadie Knisley, Braylee Louise and Dawson Payne; her grandmother Vera June Smith of Chillicothe; her aunts and uncles, Pamela Polen, Teresa Grubb (Bo), Gary Payne, Dave Payne (Lee) and Keith Payne (Ann); and her close friend Marka Retherford.
