He was predeceased by: his parents, John L. DePugh and Mary M. Collins DePugh; and his siblings, Mike, John DePugh and Rosalie DePugh.
He is survived by: his wife Emma Jean Salley; his children, Lucinda Lockwood (Richard) of Chillicothe, Jeffrey DePugh (Anita) of Chillicothe and Matthew DePugh (Susan) of Chillicothe; and his brother Larry DePugh of Chillicothe. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren; 18 great grandchildren.
