She was predeceased by: her parents, Earl Pierce and Lula Kohn Pierce; her husband Herman A. Gray; and her siblings, Dane, Homer Pierce, Viola Coey, Dolly Hertenstein and Elizabeth King.
She is survived by: her children, Ronald E. Gray and Kathy Parsons; her granddaughter Faith Bialy (Edward); her great grandchildren, Austin and Miranda Depugh; her grandson Vincent Bair; her half-sisters, Clara Thomas and Rowena Harrell; and her close friend Johnda Scott. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
