She is survived by: her children, Donna Tanner (Hartsel) of Chillicothe and Mark Gallaugher of Chillicothe; her grandchildren, Ryan Tanner of Chillicothe, Renee Slutz (Tony) of Chillicothe, Evan Gallaugher of Chillicothe and Mark Gallaugher Jr. of West Virginia; and her great grandchild Cooper Slutz of Chillicothe.
