Mowbray of Chillicothe and Felicia Whitley (Dustin) of Chillicothe; his grandchildren, Elainy Hatfield, Walker Whitley and Leo Whitley; his brothers, Rob Mowbray of Frankfort and Duane Atwood of Frankfort; his nieces and nephews, Christina Martin, Zack Mowbray, Ashley Evans, Josh Atwood, Erica Mowbray and Mark Mowbray; and his friends, Ryan W., Bre M, Robin C., Brian K., Bud Y., Joy B., Missy G. and Randy H..
