He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert J Finley and Iva Frances Finley Sr. (Dyer); his son Terry Finley; and his siblings, Mary Rawlins, Betty Tarvin, Bob Finley and Iva Frances Finley.
He is survived by: his children, Randy Finley and Ronda Holdren (Todd) of Chillicothe; his granddaughter Nicole Dryden (Brent); his great grandchildren, Grayson, Roslyn Dryden and Isabella Dryden; and his brother Charlie Finley (Sharon Bosworth). He is also survived by nephews' other family and friends.
