He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Kuess and Alvira Kuess (Niekamp); his father-in-law Wilmer Marshal (Lucille); and his brother-in-law Lowell Marshal. He is survived by: his wife Rita (Marshal); his children, Ronald Kuess (Cody), Deb Brown of St. Rose, Carolyn Bly (Greg) of Waynesfield, Angela Leis (Rich) of St. Sebastian, Randy Kuess (Karen) of St. Sebastian and Dan Kuess of Chickasaw; his grandchildren, Jacob Lorton (Katie), Alyssa Henry (Kyle), Seth Lorton, Brandon Bly, Jarrod Bly, Haley Kuess, Natalie Kuess, Carter Kuess and Lydia Kuess; his great grandchild Basil Henry; his brother Ott; and his sister-in-law Judy Marshal.
