She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard Klosterman and Katherine "Ruth" Klosterman; her former husband Robert B. Koger; her husband George D. Forshee; her daughter Sharon Arnett; her siblings, Clyde Klosterman (Margaret), Virgil Klosterman, Virginia Henderson (George), Norman Klosterman (Dorothy), Thomas Klosterman (Ida), Joan Pence, Jerry Klosterman and Robert Klosterman; and her son-in-law Major Smith.
She is survived by: her friend Marlyn Ruth Forshee; her brother Donald Klosterman; her siblings-in-law, Kenneth Pence, Marcella Downey, Mary Whittington and Lowell Koger (Mary Ann); her children, Sandra Hunt, Denise Smith, Byron Koger (Fern) and Connie Lichtenberg (Larry); and her son-in-law Randy Arnett. She is also survived by her 11 grandchildren, 17 great grandchildren and 4 great great grandchildren and other in-laws, cousins, nieces and nephews.
