It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Thomas P. Collins Jr. (Chesterland, Ohio), born in Butler, Pennsylvania, who passed away on December 25, 2020, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Collins and Dorothy Collins (Graham); his brothers, Paul Collins, Tim Collins and Terry Collins; and his brother-in-law Charles Rock.
He is survived by: his wife Theresa Grainger Collins (Teri); his children, Chelsey Souders (David) of Chagrin Falls and T. Patrick Collins, III (Doreen) of Columbus, OH; his grandchildren, Jack, Noah, Tessa Souders, Rita and June Collins; and his sisters-in-law, Marsha Collins and Katie Collins of Louisville, KY. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
