He is survived by: his parents, John "Jack" and Lynda of Novelty Ohio; his spouse Jamie; his children, Ava Brooke and Bennett Arthur; his siblings, Karen "Kari" Moravek (Wade) and Brett (Alexa); his nieces and nephews, Avrill, Alexander "Xander" Moravek, Cole, Caroline Markulis, Callahan, Daisy and Arthur Tripp; his siblings-in-law, Teresa "Tracie" Sikula (Jeff), Heather Godale (Michael Markulis) and Courtney Tripp; and his cherished canines, Peppa and Gus.
