He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Lane and Lucille Carlson; his wife Patricia Kaschalk Lane; and his siblings, Chuck, Ruth, Ray, Lucille, Gilbert, Roland, Donald, Jay and Jerry.
He is survived by: his siblings, Audrey and Bill; his daughters, Monica Mahla (Richard) and Juliann Thompson; and his grandchildren, Christine Brinson (Matt), Katherine Stellfox (Teal), Robert Mahla (Bonnie), Cesira Koning (Dan), Phillip Mahla (Ivy), Clark DeCapite (Kelly), Michael Mahla (Maggie) and Elizabeth Johnson (Chris). He is also survived by 13 great-grandchildren.
Memorial donations may be made in Bob's name to Rescue Village, 15463 Chillicothe Rd., Novelty, OH, in honor of his love for animals, great and small.
