Forrest (Chesterland, Ohio), born in Chester, Ohio, who passed away on June 4, 2018, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his wife Loretta; and his siblings, David, Janet and James. He is survived by: his children, Kim Forrest, Scott Forrest and Sandi Forrest (John Storaasli); his grandson Noah Corlett; and also, Las Vegas and Reno.
