It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Patricia Lynn Pukay of Chesterland, Ohio, born in Cleveland, Ohio, who passed away on January 11, 2022, at the age of 66, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her daughter Ashley; and her parents, Alfred Klafta and Mildred Klafta. She is survived by: her children, Melanie (Logan), Melissa (Zachary), Lauren (Bradly) and Michael (Jayme); and her siblings, Christine, Marilyn and David. She is also survived by nine grandchildren.
