She was predeceased by: her parents, Andrew Kaschalk and Julia Kaschalk; and her siblings, Andrew Kaschalk and Elizabeth O'Neill. She is survived by: her husband Robert "Bob"; her daughters, Monica Mahla (Dick) and Juliann Thompson Lane; her siblings, Edward Kaschalk, Monica Simmons and Daniel Kaschalk (Alicia); her sister-in-law Marcia Kaschalk; and her grandchildren, Christie, Katie, Robert, Cesira, Phillip, Clark, Michael and Elizabeth.
In lieu of flowers the family suggests donations to Rescue Village http://www.rescuevillage.org., in honor of Patricia's love for animals, great and small.
