He is survived by: his mother Donna Fording; his wife Melissa; his daughters, Meghan Voepel (Andrew), Amanda, Emily and Madelyn; his grandchild Voepel; his parent Thomas Jr. Fording; his brother Tom Fording III (Ali); his niece Mikayla; his nephew Jaxson; his brother Mark Fording (Elizabeth); his pets, Nola, CopyCat, Max and Noodle; and his family, Dr. Linda Reid, Dom Kaple and Joe Nicklos. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, and many great friends.
