With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Max John Hofer (Chesterland, Ohio). Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his sister Dorothy (Walter); and his parents, Max F. Hofer and Hildegard Hofer. He is survived by: his wife Joan; his children, John "Curtis" (Kathy), Mark (Pam) and Susan Myers (late James); his grandchildren, Sara Ross (Andrew), Mark II (Kristy), Heather, Matthew (Anna), Michael (Chelsea) and Zack Whyel; his great grandchildren, Matthew, Caitlin, Sebastian, Georgiana "Gigi", Hikaru and Akemi; his brother David (Helen); and his pets, Blaze, Buster, Elsa and Nicholas.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in memory of Max to the Alzheimers Association.
