With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Lucille Farazakis (Chesterland, Ohio), born in Cleveland, Ohio, who passed away on October 17, 2023 at the age of 79. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her children, Sally Lemmo (Chris), Mary Jacobs (David Sheck) and Angelo "Tony" Farazakis; her grandchildren, Anna Zarlinga (Brock), Peyton Lemmo, Megan Lemmo, Caleb Lemmo and Jackson Sheck; her siblings, Joe (Madeline Giordano), Louis Giordano (Gee Gee), Linda (Tony Spitalieri) and Laura (Robert Clemente); her parents, Louis Giordano and Sally Giordano (Tobak); and her former husband Anthony Farazakis.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in Lucille's memory to Joy's Place—the non-profit group home that provides housing, care and love for not just her son Tony but many others living with the effects of mental illness.
