She was predeceased by: her husband Herbert; her parents, Anna Apfel and Benjamin Apfel; and her brother Zachary Apfel. She is survived by: her children, Dave Lubinger, Bill Lubinger (Jeannine), Jodi Quinn (Steve) and Brad Lubinger (Lynn); and her grandchildren, Jill, Evan (Gretchen), Elizabeth, Ryan (Whitney), Ben, Jordan (Mackenzie), Rachel and Andrew.
Mrs. Lubinger was a Spanish dance instructor during her career, founder of the Fairmount Spanish Dancers dance company, and was a prominent fixture of Fairmount Center for the Arts, 8400 Fairmount Rd, Novelty, OH 44072, where in lieu of flowers, contributions can be made in Libby's honor.
