He was predeceased by: his parents, Oscar and Janet; his daughter Jacqui; and his siblings, Kathy, Tommy and Karen.
He is survived by: his wife Cyndi; his sons, Michael (Vicky) and Alexander; his grandchildren, Michael Joshua, Trevor and Eddy; his siblings, Mary "Pixie" and Michael; and his nieces and nephews, Fred, Jarrod, Kathy and Hallie.
