He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Thomas, AuVergne Johnson, Leonard and Mary Lou Wietrzykowski. He is survived by: his wife Stacey; his daughters, Madison and Morgan Johnson; his parents, Deborah Johnson and Bill Johnson; and his sister Shawnna Thomas (Brian).

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions in John's name may be made to Lake Humane Society, 7564 Tyler Blvd., Bldg.
