He was predeceased by: his parents, Osborne Mills and Margaret Swan Mills. He is survived by: his siblings, Osborne Mills, Jr. (Loren E. Bendall) of Bentleyville, Margaret Mills Plumpton (John M. Plumpton) of Chardon Township and William M. Mills (Laurie K. Mills) of Bentleyville, Ohio. He is also survived by ten nieces and nephews; and by seven great-nieces and nephews.
