He was predeceased by: his son Scott; his grandson Justin Brilla; and his parents, Ralph and Hazel Dame. He is survived by: his wife Christine L.; his daughters, Julia Brilla (Michael) and Leslie Eisler (Charles); his grandchildren, Cameron Brilla (Haili) and Brittany Galloway; his great grandchild Reese Cramer; his brother L. Thomas Dame (Diane); his nephew Mark Dame (Tracie); and his nieces, Elizabeth Christopher (Cory), Lauren Dame and Rebecca Fanning (David).
