He was predeceased by: his wife Amy Rittenhouse-McCartney; his parents, Jack and Dorothy; his grandparents, Mary, John McCartney, Bernice and Fred Sutter; and his sister-in-law Cindy McCartney.
He is survived by: his siblings, Jim, Carol McCartney and Lynn Simione (Brian); his nephews, Patrick, Brian, Mario and Giovanni; his great-niece Willow; and his great-nephew Sawyer.
Visitation was held on Friday, March 28th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Gattozzi and Son Funeral Home (12524 Chillicothe Rd, Chesterland, OH 44026). A funeral service was held on Friday, March 28th 2025 at 7:00 PM.
