It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Gloria Jean Leagan of Chesterland, Ohio, born in Mount Carmel, Pennsylvania, who passed away on November 15, 2021, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Milton E. Wagner and Emma Wagner (Tresfgar); her husband Walter W. Leagan; her sons, Walter Leagan Jr. and James Leagan; her grandsons, Michael and Mark Leagan; and her niece Gloria Jean Deck.
She is survived by: her children, Emma Ann "Em" Meyer (Chris Brockway), Jeannette Ann Wilmot, Frank Leagan and Erna Leagan-Mabel (Howard Mabel); and her brothers, John Wagner and Milton Wagner. She is also survived by 6 grandchildren, 9 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Gloria's memory are requested to be made to: the Geauga County Veterans Food Bank, Hospice of the Western Reserve, or St. Mark Lutheran Church.
