It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gary L. Coakley (Chesterland, Ohio), born in Elyria, Ohio, who passed away on May 24, 2020, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Lucy; his children, Cory, Jacob (Jessica), Joshua (Stephanie Kurtzuba) and Monica-Marie Coakley; his grandchildren, Gavin, Duncan, Taidhgin McElroy, Calvin and Dexter Coakley; and his parents, Kenneth Coakley and Betty Coakley.
Gary was devoted to his family, and will be missed by all who knew and loved him.In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in memory of Gary to The Ed Keating Center, 2121 W 117th St., Cleveland, OH 44111.Mass of Christian Burial Saturday, May 30, 2020 at St. Anselm Catholic Church at 10 AM. (MASKS REQUIRED.) Burial following at Fowlers Mill Cemetery in Munson.
