He is survived by: his children, Michael Ganis of Simsbury and Karina Bellassai; his grandchildren, Brenna Ganis of Simsbury and Keith Ganis of Washington, D. C.; his daughter-in-law Jeanne Ganis of Simsbury; and his brother Eugene Gangarosa of Stone Mountain.
